There are many women who suffer from female-specific diseases or menstrual cycles.

Embrace your menstrual cycle as a strength
Each phase of the cycle (menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal) has its own energy and resources. There are times when you feel more creative, times when you feel more introspective, and strengths in each phase.

Understanding your strengths at each stage and planning your life and work around your natural rhythm reduces stress and gives you greater self-knowledge. Understanding your body helps you perform at your best.

In line with the Shinto way of thinking that respects nature, which is unique to Japanese culture, we help you to increase your self-esteem. We consider the four elements of nature (earth, water, wind, and fire) to be symbols of your strengths, creating a foundation for self-awareness.

At Female Flow, we have a ritual where we make a cup of tea and take that time to ourselves, sipping it slowly, taking the time to be quiet and reflect, repeating to ourselves:

Through yoga and stretching, you can face your inner self.
By moving your body and getting away from the everyday routine of lack of exercise, you can improve your inner self. Improving your breathing and posture will help you live a more vibrant life. We also hold online yoga sessions.
